Saith... Now Then (aka Frankie) was born on 2nd May 2010. I only stayed up a few nights so that was good and Hetti delivered at 9.30 pm, lovely. Good birth and Frankie was up and suckling within an hour. It was nice to go home and sleep.
Being a chestnut I was a bit disappointed, but he is alive and a happy chap with lovely conformation and a beautiful head, and someone will love his colour !! lol
So how is it that he is named ... Now Then . Well at the Builth Wells Brightwells cob sales - one of the auctioneers always says it when a chestnut with four whites walks in. He says ..now then, now then, what about this for you driving boys ... and when Frankie came out, steve said ...now then... and I couldnt stop laughing. Yes, he is a Now Then.
He is for sale to a loving home. He is out of a 15hh mare by a driving stallion, will be video's and more pictures coming soon once he has filled out some more.
